After launching successful holiday fundraising campaigns in the past, These Numbers Have Faces needed to expand into an annual event. We wanted to create a fun, interactive atmosphere to target new high volume donors. Throughout the night there were signature cocktails, simple food, a live band and a real time thermometer of guest's donations.
For this event I oversaw the budget and planning to create a brand new event for the organization. As part of the planning I managed guest lists and multiple contact points to ensure a full room. I also managed the planning and logistics for the event space, food, supplies, equipment and decor and oversaw the set up, day-of production and clean up. Along with the Development & Community Manager and the Programs Associate, we executed a successful event.
